Dr. Lamb is currently an adjunct instructor of music at Indiana University/Purdue University at Columbus. Concert engagements in Europe have included presentations in Austria, France, Germany, Great Britain, and Italy.

He continues to serve on the IOU Alumni Board with the title of Honorary Founding President.
As an active member of the American Guild of Organists, Lamb has served in leadership positions in both the Louisville and Southern Indiana Chapters and following a successful term as the Councillor for the Great Lakes, he was elected to three terms on the AGO National Council as the Councillor for Membership. In a new initiative in 2018, Dr. Lamb created a task force to explore how the AGO might seek, encourage, and respect musicians who serve in positions with electronic or digital organs.
