Registration Dates and Pricing

February 16th, 2020 – May 15th, 2020 (Regular Rates)

• Young Organist (Under 30) – $250 
• Regular – $495 
• Special (65 and over) – $450 
• Spouse/Partner – $350 
• Non member – $595 

May 16th, 2020 – Convention (Late Registration)

• Young Organist (Under 30) – $450 
  
• Regular Final Registration – $545 
  
• Special (65 and over) – $475 
• Spouse/Partner – $450 
  
• Non Member – $600

Transportation Packages:

• Single Day – $50
• Two Day – $100
• Full Convention – $150
• Full Convention (Under 30) – $75

Refunds: Convention registration is non-refundable, but you can choose to purchase “inability to attend” insurance during the registration process. If you are unable to attend the convention for a covered reason, 100% of the fees paid will be refunded to you. Coverage is provided by, and are processed through, Rain Protection Insurance.
