Orgelkids is a powerful tool for engaging the public with the King of Instruments by building a working organ.
Your AGO chapter can bring Orgelkids to your community, explore how Orgelkids fits into AGO’s existing outreach curriculum, and examine how you can curate the Orgelkids kit as a regional resource for use well beyond typical AGO programming. Subsequently, you will be empowered to harness this innovative resource to capture the imagination of the next generation, as well as the public at large. Also, look for other opportunities during the convention for additional in-depth hands-on experience and training with the Orgelkids pipe organ kit.
Orgelkids makes the King of Instruments accessible, and what is accessible is lovable. To ensure a vibrant future for the pipe organ, we must capture the interest of the next generation when they are young so that they will always have a place in their hearts for the organ.
